Corner castings
Replacement ISO corner castings for shipping container repair; manufactured from low-temperature steel (-40°C rated); sold individually by corner position (TL, TR, BL, BR) or as a set of 8.
One of the earliest projects on Twistlock Africa's modular-plant path: a 100 t/h reflux classifier fines-recovery plant built from rigidly connected 6 m container-sized modules, launched in 2017 and later adopted by FLSmidth as a standard offering.

One of the projects that set Twistlock Africa on its modular-plant path. This plant consists of a number of 6 m container-sized modules rigidly connected together to create a solid foundation and structure, with a throughput of 100 t/h.
Different modules incorporate the process equipment for the recovery flow sheet — MCC, control room, tanks and pumps, cyclones, screens, chutes and reflux classifiers — with mobile conveyors to stockpile recovered material and tailings.
The modular approach offers the ability to relocate with minimal staff and lifting equipment, pre-commissioning in a controlled environment, ease of transport, and expandability. This modular plant became a standard offering by FLSmidth, continuously evolving as the approach is adopted around the world. Partners: FLSmidth, MAC Engineering.

Manual double-ended twistlock — the industry-standard connector that locks ISO container corner castings together for safe vertical stacking, with a hand-thrown lever and clear locked/unlocked indication.

Bridge clamp — locks the top corner castings of two side-by-side containers together horizontally, turning a row of containers into a single braced wall when used with twistlocks.
