Fixing boltable and anchor twistlocks to concrete slabs, foundations and hardstanding wherever a cast-in fixing was not provided.
A chemical anchor bonds a threaded rod into a drilled hole with injectable resin, giving a fixing that can be placed after the concrete has cured — which is what makes it the practical answer for containers landed on an existing slab. Rod diameter follows the twistlock: M12 for the boltable range, M20 for the anchor twistlock, with two M12 lengths so the embedment suits the slab rather than the other way round. Capacity is a property of the whole system — rod, resin, concrete grade, embedment and edge distance — and is confirmed per project rather than quoted as one figure.
