Developed by Twistlock Africa specifically for anchoring an already-landed container to a concrete slab, this twistlock is primarily a wind-uplift safeguard and secondarily a theft deterrent — the anchoring makes it materially harder to lift the container away. Its design lets the Hilti chemical anchor rod be installed after the twistlock is already seated, with a through-hole allowing adjustment once the anchor is in. Supplied in sets of 2 or 4; kit pricing brings the cost per anchoring point down. Requires a Hilti M20 × 240 mm anchor rod and chemical anchor — see Hilti anchor rods & chemical anchor. Two derivatives are stocked, each with its own SKU: the locally manufactured unit and an imported equivalent.
