The ABD-D1 is the bolted-on member of the dovetail family: one casting, 45° dovetail geometry, mounted on a 16 mm base plate that bolts down to a concrete foundation or a steel structure. Because it is the same casting and the same heat-treatable steel as the standard dovetail twistlock, it carries the same 250 kN tension / 210 kN shear safe working load. Supplied hot-dip galvanised, in left-hand and right-hand versions.
