Double ended manual twistlock
Manual double-ended twistlock — the industry-standard connector that locks ISO container corner castings together for safe vertical stacking, with a hand-thrown lever and clear locked/unlocked indication.

Fully automatic twistlock — locks itself when containers are stacked and releases on lift, removing manual handling from routine cycles for the highest-throughput terminal operations.

High-throughput container terminals; automated and semi-automated stacking systems where manual locking is impractical.
Twistlock Africa's fully automatic twistlock is engineered for maximum efficiency in high-volume handling: it engages corner castings automatically on stacking and disengages on lifting, with no operator at the stack. Forged or cast ZG270-500 carbon steel, hot-dip galvanised for reliable operation in salt-laden conditions. Stock can be limited — confirm lead time at order. Compatible with all ISO 1161 corner castings on standard 20 ft and 40 ft containers.

◇ Technical drawing — included in the datasheet above.

Manual double-ended twistlock — the industry-standard connector that locks ISO container corner castings together for safe vertical stacking, with a hand-thrown lever and clear locked/unlocked indication.

Semi-automatic double-ended twistlock — engages automatically as one container lands on another; pull the toggle to lock it open for the next lift, giving crane crews an at-a-glance 'ready to lift' signal.

Bridge clamp — locks the top corner castings of two side-by-side containers together horizontally, turning a row of containers into a single braced wall when used with twistlocks.

Stacking cones — a low-cost alternative to manual twistlocks for locating and stacking containers corner-to-corner; single, dummy, side-by-side, transverse and quad, in locally fabricated and imported options.
