Double ended manual twistlock
Manual double-ended twistlock — the industry-standard connector that locks ISO container corner castings together for safe vertical stacking, with a hand-thrown lever and clear locked/unlocked indication.

Stacking cones — a low-cost alternative to manual twistlocks for locating and stacking containers corner-to-corner; single, dummy, side-by-side, transverse and quad, in locally fabricated and imported options.
No prices online — quotations are prepared per application and quantity, usually within one business day; a more involved enquiry may take a little longer.

Temporary and permanent container stacking; side-by-side and end-to-end configurations; 2×2 quad arrangements.
The cone seats into the corner casting to align and locate stacked containers. Single cones suit standard stacking; the dummy cone pairs with a double-ended manual twistlock for a cost-effective permanent install; side-by-side (258 mm pitch, 180 mm tight-fit) and transverse / end-to-end (279 mm pitch, 205 mm tight-fit) versions set adjacent containers; and a locally available quad serves a 2×2 arrangement. Supplied as locally fabricated or imported cast steel, each variant carrying its own SKU. Compatible with all ISO 1161 corner castings on standard 20 ft and 40 ft containers.

◇ Technical drawing — included in the datasheet above.

Manual double-ended twistlock — the industry-standard connector that locks ISO container corner castings together for safe vertical stacking, with a hand-thrown lever and clear locked/unlocked indication.

Semi-automatic double-ended twistlock — engages automatically as one container lands on another; pull the toggle to lock it open for the next lift, giving crane crews an at-a-glance 'ready to lift' signal.

Fully automatic twistlock — locks itself when containers are stacked and releases on lift, removing manual handling from routine cycles for the highest-throughput terminal operations.

Bridge clamp — locks the top corner castings of two side-by-side containers together horizontally, turning a row of containers into a single braced wall when used with twistlocks.
