Fitted over the door lock rods, the isolator's quench-hardened steel assembly sharply increases resistance to cutting and bending, then comes off and is reused at destination. It adjusts to suit a range of container configurations, and the UNION lock is replaceable and can be keyed alike across a fleet.

Patented armour-plated lock rod handle isolator — covers the lock rod handle to secure the container door with no modification required; available with VIRO, Assa Abloy mechanical or Cliq electronic locking.
Lock rod handle isolator with crossbar — adds a solid steel bar linking both door lock rods for a second layer of security, fitted with anti-removal pins to defeat disassembly.
Weld-on steel lockbox — a heavy-gauge cowl that fully encloses the container padlock against bolt cutters and pry bars while shielding it from the weather; sized for insurance-type padlocks and best fitted in pairs.
