This patented isolator encloses the lock rod handle in an armour-plated casing with a concealed internal locking mechanism, and installs without drilling or welding. Thousands are in service across Africa, and the locking cylinder is available in VIRO, Assa Abloy mechanical or Cliq electronic configurations to suit site key-management requirements. Each lock barrel option carries its own SKU, as do keyed-alike sets.

Heavy-duty lock rod isolator — clamps the two inner door lock rods together so the rods cannot turn and the doors cannot be opened. A 7 mm container version and a 6 mm truck-body version, with a replaceable UNION cylinder lock; keyed-alike sets available.
Lock rod handle isolator with crossbar — adds a solid steel bar linking both door lock rods for a second layer of security, fitted with anti-removal pins to defeat disassembly.
Weld-on steel lockbox — a heavy-gauge cowl that fully encloses the container padlock against bolt cutters and pry bars while shielding it from the weather; sized for insurance-type padlocks and best fitted in pairs.
Insurance-grade armoured padlock — solid forged brass body with case-hardened, chrome-plated steel armour and a 7-pin anti-drill plug, engineered to drop into Twistlock Africa's weld-on lockboxes.
