These cast-in posts have been specially designed to install containers onto concrete foundations. The biggest advantage is that the posts can be installed accurately before the concrete is poured. The cast-in posts have been designed to work in conjunction with boltable twistlocks, this provides the added benefit of allowing the level to be adjusted to suit the container once it has been landed on the posts.
