The Container Corner Jack 10 Ton’s product’s primary function is to assist with the lifting of container corners for the purpose of levelling or to lift the entire container (set of 4 required). When used in conjunction with the Twistlock Africa’s 8-ton hydraulic jack, this unit can lift a corning casting by approximately 125mm. However, through incremental lifting, whereby the gap created by lifting the container is filled with appropriate weight bearing material and the procedure is repeated until the required level is reached.
It is recommended, for the purpose of safety and to avoid twisting the container, that 2 adjacent corners are lifted simultaneously.
Once the container has been levelled, the bracket can be removed and stored.
